Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your event reservation. To ensure transparency and fairness to all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• 30 Days before the Event: If you cancel 30 days before the event, NO REFUND will be issued.

• 60 Days before the Event: If you cancel 60 days before the event, 30% of the total event cost will be refunded.

• 90 Days before the Event: If you cancel 90 days before the event, 50% of the total event cost will be refunded.

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include rescheduling the event or providing a credit for a future booking. Documentation of the force majeure event may be required. We understand that each event is unique, and exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
